When Fish Swim in Trees

I have compiled some more work for my film, "When Fish Swim in Trees".
The tertiary tapir now has a leading role. Some of these poses got pretty sloppy...
The top and bottom ones on the far left will need to be re-worked.

I have to finish boarding the friggen thing... I hate boarding...

I had an idea for a short the other day, and this is my first attempt to get some stuff on paper for it. This tapir is a secondary character, but he's still got some evolving to do. Any design suggestions /critiques will be much appreciated! I'm going to try to make this focus for the next while
